HOW DO I EARN AN ANGEL DAY?

An Angel Day is a special incentive offered by CoBank to encourage participation in the bank's annual United Way giving campaign.

To qualify for an Angel Day, any full or part-time associate simply donates the equivalent of 12 hours of pay to United Way during the annual campaign. Those who do are automatically qualified for an Angel Day and will see their extra day reflected in their Angel Day accruals beginning with the first paycheck in January of the following year.

To calculate your Angel Day contribution multiply your annual salary by 0.005769.
